Felt Tip Woman
Felt Tip Woman (2003) is based on the handwriting of graphic designer Patricia Thompson. The name was inspired by a misunderstanding: Pat was working with the editor of a children's book review when she noticed that some type in one of the books was set in Felt Tip Roman. She pointed this out to the editor who replied, "Did you say Felt Tip Woman? What a strange name for a typeface."
